2021 Annual Fund!

The Board of Directors and the staff of the Nassau Land Trust would like to ask you to help make our 2021 annual drive a success. Crossroads Farm is an exceptional open space in the community that provides farm based education programs, a weekly farmers market, it's own organic produce and products, and many events and activities.

We are very excited as the NLT and Crossroads Farm moves ahead in 2021.  We have become a staple in this community but we can't do it alone. We need your support. Please consider donating to our fund drive, every dollar you donate will be matched up to $20,000.
