Cheeses – Black Pepper Cheddar & Nicasio Valley Organic Foggy Morning with garlic and basil; lobster rolls
First Course: Autumn squash raviolo in herbed goat cheese cream sauce
Salad: Greens with charred broccoli topped with shaved black pepper cheddar with citrus vinaigrette
Entree: Apple roasted pork loin with sauteed greens and roasted potatoes
Vegetarian option: Tofu roulade in similar preparation as pork
Dessert: vegan chocolate mousse with farm blackberry preserve; coffee and tea
